Help with ID of odd shoulder holster


I picked up a black leather shoulder holster and it does not have any
info on it other than the button snaps on it. They say "Napoleon" and have a picture of a guys face wearing a hat (Napoleon I guess). The button snap that holds the gun in has a anchor on it. It fits my Springfield 1911. It has a double mag holder. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Looks like a home made. Stitches were not done on a sewing machine. Edges of the leather appears unfinished too. That's not something you'd normally see on a factory sewn holster.
