protective finish for ATV racks
I figured some of you guys who hunt might have some ideas on what would make a good coating for ATV racks. I would like something like the rubber grips on pliers handles. I've tried the stuff from Home Depot, but it is just too thin and rubs through in no time. Pipe insulation seems to wear out too quickly too. Others have suggested the stuff used for spray-in bedliners, but it tends to be hard and I want something softer that would absorb some of the noise from hauling a metal tree stand.
Thanks much, Jack |

Split some old rubber garden hose, roll it over the tube and zip tie it on.
