i find myself drawn to ruger sa revolvers because their simplicity, stoutness and slower pace make for better practice and more fun at the range. if i lived in a more rural oc-friendly area a ruger birds head 45acp vaquero would be my edc. that said my favorite ccw is a retro sa, but not a revolver, bond arms derringer in 410/45lc. whether its a sa derringer or revolver im probably in the club of "beware of the old guy with one old gun, he probably knows how to use it."
