Video showing a Savage revolver

Fellow shows and tells an original Civil War-era Savage Navy revolver, shoots it, AND disassembles it so we can see how the action works.
Definitely thought it was worth sharing.

I personally think it's a pretty gun, in its own way.

Interesting coincidence. Just yesterday I got to handle one of these at an auction.

A shame. The action actually looks quite robust. At least better than the Starr double action mechanism.
