Lithium grease on the bearings and Silicone spray on the ram. The silicone works very well and prevents a mess from build up of crapola and dust.

Frankford Arsenal Case Lube spray

$8 for enough to last you for years. (Unless you are loading thousands of rounds per month I guess)

Relatively new to reloading but have done several hundred rounds of 38 special, .223 and .308 without any problems, and much easier to use than the RCBS lube and pad.

Can;t even tell I have used any from the level of liquid in the bottle.

I only use RCBS case lube. Works great and cleans up nicely. I will never use hornady one shot lube spray again. Never had a stuck case with RCBS.

On my Lyman Crusher II I use CLP on the "rotation" points and powdered graphite on the ram.

Are we talking what we lube the moving parts of the press with or what we lube cases with?

For press lube I use what came in the parts kit for my 550b it is blue and is slicker than frozen snot on a hockey rink. My green press doesn't mind that it is blue either.

For cases I switch back and forth between the gooey midway spray and Hornady 1 shot.

Highly refined platypus fat.

Actually I have used EEzox and various teflon bearing spray lubes with satisfaction.

Zep brand teflon spray for my single stage press and my case trimmer. For my progressive I use Superlube grease based on advice from a friend.

I keep a can of Breakfree handy when I convert to another caliber I clean the whole press. I don't do primers on any of my presses so they stay fairly clean

On my Lee Classic Turret, I use stp oil treatment. My Grandfather had 2 or 3 cases of it in metal cans from the 70's and 80's in his shop when he passed away. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away, and I don't use it my my cars any more. It seems to work great it's very thick so it doesn't drip. I filled up an old plunger style oil can and lube my ram with it every so often.
