NcStar handgun scope experience?

Just bought a NcStar 2.5 power illuminated recticle handgun scope. It should be here in a week or so. Planning on putting it on my Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter .44. Anybody have any experience with this scope? It was ultra cheap, but the company assured me their scopes are at least as tough as the higher priced name brands and have just as much quality.

Anybody hear anything to the contrary?

nc scopes

I have 2 of the NC ler scopes. They are in "scout"mounts.
1 is on a mauser 2x.
The other is on an m44 mosin, it is the lighted reticle type at 2.5x.

Combined they have about 750 rounds thru them, no zero change so far.

IMO, can't be beat for the price, buy 2 and preset the second in a set of quick detatch rings, for a quick backup.
