Concern on using 77 gr. bullet in 1/9 Twist

Newbie here. I have a quick question for u guys. I just want to know if it is safe to shoot a .223 77 grain bullet out of my bushmaster 1/9 16" barrel? Only looking to shoot 100-120-yrds.
Thanks in advance on any help!

try and mimic hornady TAP loads as best as you can. TAP worked great in my sweet 16 with 1-9"
