223 PMC brass any good?

With reloading supplies being the worst I've seen it in many years, I was able to get my hands on 1500pcs of 223 PMC once fired brass. Has anybody had any issues with it?

I reload it with almost every other brand under the sun. It has never stood out from all the rest good or bad.

I've never had a problem with it. I have noticed that sometimes it's crimped, sometime's it's not.

I picked up a bunch a while back form a place I shoot at and the primers were crimped. Other than that they were fine.

PMC was the first brand of brass I started reloading, I noticed a lot of the flash holes were off center from the primer pocket, so I stopped using them. I did have a few rounds that were very inconsistent, that's what lead me to inspect my brass closer. Some were really far off center, those are in the recycle bag.

I still have them for the just in case situation that I really need brass.

I like PMC brass because of it not being crimped, at least the PMC brass I have used has not been crimped.

It shoots well in my rifles and is easy to reload in my experience.

Their flash holes can indeed be off center so you might want inspect the cases and discard the worst offenders.

If Im mistaken I apologize. I think the PMC Bronze is not crimped but the PMC XTac is crimped. Either way its good brass.

I don't think that is completely true... I've had crimped PMC bronze before. Good brass, but it's been crimped for me. Primer pockets tend to be a touch on the tight side too for me and and my CCI 400's.

Mine was from the xtac, I had to swag all my primer pockets.

I have reloaded PMC without any problems. The X-Tac, I believe is loaded as 5.56 and has the crimped primer, and is stamped as PSD.

I've achieved some very impressive 100 yard, 5 shot groups (<0.5") using PMC brass in my DPMS! many dead prarie dogs, also!

Cheap brass + cheap rifle = good shooting!

I've loaded some of the PMC stuff in my collection 5 times already, trimming as needed, of course. It is still going strong.

I think it is as good as any other brass out there.
