That's what I was thinking....fake. I didn't want to initially mention that to sway others to think that way. I never saw any blood, and it is on ebaums world after all. I'm still not sure though. Who knows? =/

you also don't see any evidence of a bullet striking anything, especially when the clerk goes down behind the counter and they're both popping up and shooting down at each other. clearly looks staged to me.

Definitely staged. When you watch the video watch for the muzzle flashes. On the shot that supposedly took the guy down you don't see a muzzle flash like you do on the previous shots.
