Anybody Hunt With a Browning Buckmark?
I just put a red dot scope on mine and plan on popping a few squirrels. Bought a box of Federal Hypervelocity 40 grain 22LR. I'd be interested in hearing about your experiences.

I've had mine for 19 years, it's killed almost every kind of small game, vermin and varmint out there, hundreds of squirrels and rabbits. It's gotta be well over 50K rounds and keeps on ticking, soup cans at 50 yards are in grave danger. I've always had good luck with std velocity HP's from Winchester and CCI. The last few years Winchesters Expert HP's have been good. Never had much luck w/ hyper velocity stuff (accuracy) and I prefer the heavier bullets anyhow. Never had a failure to upset a HP at 5 1/2" barrel velocities as some claim might happen. I'm still using the factory open sights.

Thanks for response. Do you think the hypervelocity rounds are inherently less accurate than the standard?
