WCC stands for Western Cartridge Company.
It's a headstamp used by Winchester. Olin/Winchester bought out the Western Cartridge Company years ago.

Yep. At one time it apparently was made exclusively at the East Alton, Ill., plant.

Primer pockets can be a bit tight on WCC 38 brass but if yours is +P stamped it isn't crimped military primer pockets.
I have a LOT of WCC 38 brass, some of it loaded at least 20 times. I put a light chamfer on the primer pockets and all is well. |
