Pistol lock box recommendations
I have a new HK P2000 on the way I have 2 small children and would like a recommendation on a good lockbox for my pistol. Thanks!

Like you, I was in the market for that type of product (for the same reason) and I found that the GunVault had some negative feedback associated with it.
So, I went with the DAC Sportsafe from WallyWorld. I posted a nice 'how-to' which you can read here.

i got a safe from valusafe for 120. works for me--holds my 2 guns and ammo just fine--if you bolt it down,use bigger anchors

I love my GunVault. It lives under my bed. I can access my pistol in about a second.
