Well, I went to big 5 to get myself a m-48 and ended up with this. I liked the look of the straight bolt handle, and for some reason, the rifle shouldered better for me. This rifle was unissued w/all matching numbers and all the trimmings(bayonet, sling, etc.). I bargained with the manager, and got the rifle, which normally sells for 199.00, for 149.00! Did I do good guys? Also I was wondering, what should I do about stripping all the cosmoline off the gun? Especially the stock. Thanks in advance!
