.38special+p

I have spent .38+p hulls and would like to reload lighter rounds, are the cases different than regular .38 special, can reload data from .38 spl be used in .38+p cases.

Yes .38 special and .38+P cases are the same. The .38+P's we're originaly loaded to a higher pressure.

thanks, the +p rounds produced too much recoil for my wife to learn to shoot her new snub nose

For your snubby, try a 148 grain hardcast wadcutter and 3.0 of Bullseye. It should shoot just about point on on the sights. Seat them all the way in or to the uppermost crimp groove.
