W231 5.2gr, 230gr Zero Bullets, Winchester primers, is a good plinking load. Of course, start lower and work your way up.

I've got some great VV powder loads, but they aren't safe to share. I suggest working with N340, you can get data from here, but keep in mind it's tested in 6" barrels http://www.lapua.com/index.php?id=850 . N350 might work better, as it'll fill the case more completely, but I've not tried it myself. Happy enough with the N340, burns very cleanly, and std deviation was no more than 12fps.
