New pistol ordered
I have been wanting a thinner lighter 40sw for a while and finally desided what to get. Ordered a Kahr TP40 yesterday evening at my LGS / general store . Now its about the waiting!!! Monday maybe

I think thats the only Kahr I never owned. Let us know how you like it.

Will do. I have never seen the TP series to even lay hands on it but should feel no different than the cw9 i have now . Just hope the wholesaler is correct in that its the newer version with longer grip and frame. May not see it till monday so till then.

Nice. I have had the P40 for about 10 years now and still love it. What is the difference in it and the TP40? Also, what is the holster on the left in the second photo, the IWB if you don't mind me asking?

slappy the holster is a very comfortible Comp-tac Minotaur Neutral . For me its a very good very adjustable holster. I wear it mainly over my front pocket. Works well driveing and just setting around. I have trimmed off the extra leather below the lower stitching line below the kydex body as not needed.
The TP40 has another 1/2" of barrel and a 1/2" longer grip in lenght and height but built to the same specs as the p series weights 1 1/2oz more. |
