What does this mean?

Sorry if I appear ignorant but I can not find an explanation for the red crosshairs symbol and black "explosion" symbol at the left of each post.

I am interested in purchasing a 6 in. python, and some of the posts have these symbols.
What do they mean?

Thanks.
