223 TAC and 55gr FMJBT

The Ramshot site doesn't list a FMJBT in their TAC loadings, nor do they list an OAL for a Hornady FMJBT. Their starting load for a 55gr bullet is 22.7gr, and my loading manual that has tons of other powders listed lists an OAL of 2.200 for Hornady FMJBT. Is that a reasonable starting point, or should I start a little lower? I'm loading for an AR-15 with a .223 match chamber.

Hornady's manual shows the 55 grain FMJBT with TAC at 21.5-24.7 grains and an OAL of 2.20".

Thanks much for the info - I've got the one book/one caliber from Scheels for .223 and they don't list TAC for Hornady, and I couldn't find any newer hornady load guides. I'll start off on the low end and work up - hopefully the light charges will cycle my AR.
