Concerns with Mitt Romney

Wanted to let everyone know about Mitt's 2nd Amendment record in Massachusetts.

*When the Federal ban expired Mitt enacted a similar State ban in Massachusetts.

*Mitt's bill went much further then the Brady Bill. High cap magazine ban with no legal transfer for anyone holding a grandfathered high cap mag, (MA State law that forbids sale or transfer of granfathered high cap mags.)

*Many guns, including Glocks, were banned and still currently are banned, (it's ok for MA LEO to carry them but not citizens.)

*Even though Black powder firearms are not covered by FID/LTC permits in MA, (as intended by BATF,) Mitt's bill/law requires an FID or LTC to buy or possess powder, caps... So in fact you do need a gun permit in MA to own or shoot black powder, (also the black powder rifle has to be a copy of 1899, not an inline or similar newer blackpowder rifles, pistols require a gun permit.)

*Many States honor the gun permits of other States. No other State honors Massachusetts because MA won't honor any other State.

*It is illegal to hunt big game in MA with a handgun

*It is illegal to hunt squirrels and rabbits in zone 10 (large area of MA,) with a .22lr.

*Transporting and storing firearms in MA is obscene due to the laws governing how you do it.

*The list goes on and on..................

That's not very inspiring.

Mitt is not my first choice, but if it comes down to Mitt or Obama that is a no brainer. It will be Mitt.

I would take Hillary OR Rham at this point over Obama for a lot of reasons. Still though Mitt is not my first republican choice by far.
