Bullet differences
I have a number of 30 06 Remington bullets (factory load) that I believe are either 165, 180, or 225 grain. Is there an easy way to determine which is which. Thanks.

If you mean loaded ammo, you can disassemble one of the rounds and weigh the bullet. If you have a mixed bag of loaded ammo, it is often better to just use it for can shooting, and use ammo of a known type for hunting and/or target work.

And... are you 100% sure they're factory loads and not reloads? If there's even the remotest possibility that they're reloads- and not ones I load for myself- then I wouldn't shoot them.
