Bullet differences

I have a number of 30 06 Remington bullets (factory load) that I believe are either 165, 180, or 225 grain. Is there an easy way to determine which is which. Thanks.

If you mean bullets, weigh them on a reloading scale.

If you mean loaded ammo, you can disassemble one of the rounds and weigh the bullet.

If you have a mixed bag of loaded ammo, it is often better to just use it for can shooting, and use ammo of a known type for hunting and/or target work.

And... are you 100% sure they're factory loads and not reloads? If there's even the remotest possibility that they're reloads- and not ones I load for myself- then I wouldn't shoot them.
