In advertisement I see they can be reloaded? I have a 28ga could someone suggest a safe load.

If you know what powder you want to use, I suggest using that manufacturer's web site for their reloading data. If you don't have a powder preference, then check as many powder manufacturers as you can. Most of them list loads for almost everything.
