IMR-7383 powder usability?

Okay - I can pick up 28 pounds of the stuff for $99 if I have it delivered to Knob Creek - The guy has worked up loads for it with a .223 (62 grain fmj or tracer bullet over a full case, magnum primer, yields medium velocity, so I'm guessing it's a little slow for the application) and a .308 (again, slow...), but I'm thinking that it could possibly be interesting in something like a 6/284? Or has anyone tried it in a 6BR?
