Good holster for a CZ75 compact?
Looking for a good holster for CCW that will fit a CZ75 compact or CZ P-01.
Not sure if I'm going to carry inside the waistband or not but printing may be an issue since I'm not exactly a large person (5'2" 138lb) I'm open to suggestions, even a sholder rig is an option at this point. Anyone out there that has either of these handguns that's is willing to offer their advice and experience, the info would be greatly appreciated. |

I have used a Fobus paddle holster for my P-01's for years. The 28 round mags that CDNN sells have been 100%.

Kimio,
If your main concern is concealment, I would recommend an IWB holster. Not as comfy as OWB, but easier to conceal and dress around. With your size I would say pass on the shoulder rig unless you're used to wearing one. They are cool and conceal great under a jacket or coat... but it's almost like carrying a small backpack all day. It can cause back stress and discomfort. IMHO, it's tough to beat a good IWB or OWB holster worn at approx. 4-5 o'clock with a 15-20 degree forward cant. Oh... and leather is the only way to go I'm slightly biased.

Don't remember the brand off the top of my head, but I occasionally carry my CZ Compact in a higher riding, canted, strong side, OWB leather holster... I'm a bigger guy, but mine disappears quite nicely under an untucked shirt...
mines an older compact...

Leather holsters made for the Sig P229 work well for the CZ compact. My daily carry is the CZ 75D PCR (alloy frame decocker CZ compact in 9mm). I have carried OWB and IWB and I much prefer OWB with a size larger t-shirt, and sometimes a button up shirt thrown over (unbuttoned).

Its worth a 'phone call
Call the maker of whatever style looks comfy and suits your needs. Ask that maker if the Sig 228 and CZ 75 Compact IWB leather is compatable. Don't know about the other CZ model you mentioned.
I asked a similar question last month. 'Search' is your friend. salty
