Has anyone here ever used Win 571 for pistol? Specifically .45 ACP?

This is a dicontinued powder, I have never try it.

sensop, I used to use a lot of 540, which is also discontinued. I think I may have some load sheets that show these discontinued powders. I'll try to remember to take a look when I get home this evening. sundog

W571 what a Great Powder For 40/45/44 Mag!
Also 3" mag shotgun loads.

I have all data if no-one else has.[I didn't know it was discontinued.]
W540 is also a good one also, as it meters very well too.

sensop, here ya go. This is from Winchester's 15th edition which I downloaded from their web site in [maybe] 98. Their new reload manual does not have this....

.45 ACP with 571
