Two questions for S.W.A.T. Magazine (one Ruger and one G36)

Is there anyway you can use the power of S.W.A.T. Magazine to get a response from Sturm/Ruger on why they agreed to the 94 ban but won't make a 10rd mag for the Mini 14? It's a hot topic and a lot of us would like to get an answer from Bill Ruger Jr.

Also, someone here made reference to the fact S.W.A.T. did a review or test on the G36 in the past. What issue was that? Can I still get it?
