I posted on the art of the rifle,but here goes what can anybody tell me about a HAENEL modell311 made in the GDR marked SUHL Kal4.5mm is this a air rife a dart gun or what?

The only thing I have is they were gun makers ins Suhl Germany, prior to WWII

The 4.5 caliber sounds very much like a Airgun.
