can anyone help with any information on a james b warrilow shotgun patent number 2323. nitro proof . serial number 55441.any info would be much appreceated.

Never heard of the brand, sorry. Most likely, made by some company that stamped whatever was requested on the thing. Crescent and HD Folsom come to mind.
