This isn't exactly a handloading question.
Does anybody know what diameter the bullets are in US commercially loaded .32 ball ammo?

I've got a box of CAVIM 7.65 that mic right around .303"-.305" and under. From what my Sierra manual says they should be .312".

Keyhole

TIA

Hodgdon says "7.65 Browning" or 32 ACP uses a 0.311" dia. bullet.

.311 is what I size my cast bullets to and I have good results. I am using wheel weights and have not noticed any problems.

RAThomas---

1. For which pistol(s) do you load .32 ACP?

2. Do you have any pet loads you'd care to share--Jacketed and/or cast lead? (I know, you MUST have some of the latter, if you cast your own, huh?)

I have a Kel Tec P-32, as do several friends, and my sister in law has a Beretta .32. My brother gave me a brand new set of Redding dies, and I have several hundred cases on hand. Not much excuse to put off loading some, except lack of good data.

I loaded a few rounds, some 15 or 20 years back, on borrowed dies, but returned the dies, along with my load notes.

Thanks in advance.
Johnny
