Danner is a great boot, make sure you stay away from any with the fiberglass shanks though they fracture after about 2 yrs and what a racket they make when you walk till you get em fixed, not a cheap fix!

I bought my Ft Lewis "go Devil" boots in 1989. Wore them as a grunt, and hunting till 2006! I can recommend them highly.
