Wow, it's been a loooong time since Stoeger imported those. Worth quite a bit more today than they sold for back then. One of my favorite SxSs. Brings back some fond memories of wild quail shooting two generations ago. A really sweet gem. Thanks for sharing.

Super lite as for weight. Don't use very often. Excellent trap shoot gun.
Anything I missed in the pic's you'd like to see?

Bernadelli SxS, IMO are underappreciated for their quality

Any idea when this was produced, and/or value? I've checked all the "for sale " site's and found nothing that looks like this one.
Thanks for your time.

According to the Italian Date Code, stamped into the barrel flat, your Gamecock was made in 1957.

BBGV say it's worth $875, +/-.

My guess would be 1950s or early 1960s. Here's some of the last before they closed their doors.

You have S. Umberto and Sanatina Bernardelli too, but Old Vincenzo was a cut above.

Both the guns you reference to are 12 gauge. This is a 20. and yes this is a Vincenczo, not a Sanatina. Blue book?????? do you really trust their assumptions of value?

Note to self: go through the gun safe and see if there is a very nice side by side hiding somewhere.

Theodore1 check on Guns International, there is a Vincenzo in 20 gauge listed for about $1795.

Blue Book is a guide, not something cast in stone. The selling price or value of a gun will varry with todays economy, a $10,000 gun is worth only as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

What is curious is that they all seem to look different as far as engravings and such. leads me to think they are all one of a kind... In their own way.

Closer to correct than you realize as engraving back in the 50s and 60s was all hand done, versus machine or laser done today on lower end guns.
