I was loading some 125 grain jhp for my 357 using win 231, the preasure listed for that powder in the Lee loading manual is 42500 cup which is a bit higher than most of the other powders listed. what is the max preasure for most 357 revolvers I have a Smith and Wesson and a Ruger. Thanks Jeff

Pressure figures are references only unless you test the pressure in your gun.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND a slower-burn-rate powder for 'fast' loads, like H110 or W296.
W231 best for low-to-medium velocity target/plinking loads.

Suggest a more intensive study of reloading manuals (Speer, and Lyman Pistol and Revolver), or discussion with experienced reloaders.

Safety first. (or it takes all the fun out of it LOL)
