Looking for a new handgun

I am looking for a new handgun. So far I have narrowed it down to 3 options:
HK USP 45 Tac, Sig Scorpion TB, Sig M11-A1 TB.

I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with these handguns and could tell me their experiences with them.

I am open to other suggestions, I prefer .45, and must be able to attach a suppressor

What is the intended use? My favorite 45 is my HK-45c.
