New Scope for Hornet

I need to replace the scope on my Ruger 77/.22 Hornet. I'm trying to keep the cost under $200. I've been looking at the Nikon Prostaff with BDC (3-9X40). Does anyone have experience with this scope or a better candidate?

My old BSA Martini in .22 Hornet recently needed the 50 year old Weaver scope replaced. i bought the Leupold FX II 6X36 scope for it. This link shows the scope. If you shop around on Bass Pro, Cabela's and other places you can get it cheaper than this.
