OK to reload Federal Vital Shok?

I have been shooting some Federal Premium Vital-Shock .357 magnum 180 gr cast-core factory ammo. The casings are silver - obviously not brass, not aluminum. Anyone know what they are made out of and whether they are safe to reload? I've never reloaded anything but brass before.

I find it hard to believe that any reloader doesn't know what nickel plated brass is. Troll anyone?

OK, I'm new and naive. Are these casings nickel-plated brass? Safe to reload?
