Trying to Identify shotgun

My Father bought a shotgun at a yard sale and we are trying to find out information about it. It is a side by side 20 gauge.
On the side is printed
The"Sportsman's
*Cleveland*
On the other side is printed
5100
Any information is greatly appreciated

YOu didn't mention if the hammers are exposed.

I show that Cleveland was a box lock with outside hammers possibly made by Stevens around 1920-1925.

I also have a Sportsman made by Crescent Firearms Co from 1900-1920 then By J. Stefens for Bingham & Co of Cleveland OH after that. The 5100 indicates to me that it was made by J. Stevens, as Stevens made a model 5100 double bbl.
