RE: what do you carry concealed?

Four-inch barreled revolver, of current brand name, with full lugged barrel, and nice combat grips, standard sights, chambered in .38 Special, loaded with solid semi-wadcutters, otb.

I carry the P11 in a Israeli Fobus holster and the Bobcat in a little pocket holster. I rarely carry a large frame 9 or 45 anymore.

What I carry, depends on the time of year, weather, and the clothing I'm wearing.

This time of year with a jacket, coat, or some other heavier outer garment, I carry my FAVORITE PISTOL OF ALL TIME: 1989 SigSauer P220. 45acp. No finer gun or caliber out there. "CROSSBREED Holster"

When I'm not wearing a coat or outer jacker, and simply have an outer shirt to cover up the pistol, I carry my Kel-tec P11 9mm. Very decent pistol "Crossbreed Hoster".

When the weather is warm, when carrying a holster isn't practical, when wearing a suit, tux, etc... I carry my trusty AMT 380 Backup in one of my pockets. "no holster"

S&W Bodyguard .380

S&W Bodyguard .380 in a DeSantis Nemesis holster. Love it. Thought long and hard about this decision & think I made a good one. The biggest decision maker for me was that I wanted to carry every day. So I went with something that would encourage me to do so. Started out with a S&W 9mm Compact M&P. Loved the gun at the range, but was just too uncomfortable to carry for me.
I know there are those who don't condone .380 for carry. But, after researching modern day .380 self-defense ammo & what it can do, I'm good with it. I LOVE THIS GUN!!! The coolest thing about the Bodyguard is that it is the best of both worlds to me. Super concealable/comfortable AND really fun to shoot at the range. I've had several grouping about the size of a silver dollar at 9 & 12 feet (which is great for me); and that was my first time at the range with it.
For what I purchased it for, the Bodyguard .380 works well for me. Couldn't be happier.

Yep, I got the S&W Bodyguard, too Love that laser. Yeah people grip that a .380 is too small and weak, but I can reload them to near 9mm pressures and use hollowpoint bullets.

Currently, Kel-Tec PF9. Formerly, Colt Government Pocketlite .380. If I had one, Colt New Agent or similar.

I'm thinking of purchasing a SW Bodyguard for cc when Illinois makes it legal.

I pocket carry. TP738 or LCR depending on my pants of the day. Why am I replying to a NINE YEAR OLD THREAD?

Don't know about you, but for me:

1. I enjoy reading and posting about these things.
2. I sometimes change what I carry and, I notice, so do others.
3. I like to see what others are doing out there.
4. I like the occasional pictures I get to see as well.

Today, for example, my carry is the same little NAA .32ACP Guardian I was carrying the first time I posted in this thread .

Nope, still no picture of the thing.

Oh, welcome aboard the thread, marv. I look forward to your next post.

Will

Walther PPKS in 380 with buffalo bore 100gr 280 ftlbs of energy,
PPKS in 32 with buffalo bore, Beretta 92 fs compact. Just got my Colt New Agent Talo in 9mm's new sights on it and now shoots where I want it so that will go into the corral.

M&P Shield 9mm or a Taurus TCP .380, depending on mood and dress. (Or occasionally the M&P 40C.) Had a Bodyguard .380 and hated the trigger. So rough and tight it was virtually impossible for me to shoot consistently. Also, my thumb tended to hit the mag release at all the worst times. Might be a good choice for some folks, but it just didn't fit my hands or needs.

Glock 23 or Taurus Millenium on my hip. Taurus 740 or 709 on my ankle. And if I wear a shoulder holster a Glock 22 in that. And my Hi Point C9 in my truck.

Glock 19 with Speer Gold Dot 124gr +P on my right hip, in a Concealment Solutions Black Mamba IWB holster.

Ruger LCR with Speer Gold Dot 135gr +P in my left pocket, in a DeSantis Nemesis Pocket Holster.

At least, this is my configuration 90% of the time. On occasion, I'll leave the LCR at home, or carry the LCR without the Glock, in my right pocket. Just depends on the situation.
