Anybody adjust their rear sites on the GSG 1911 22lr?

Thinking I may need to adjust the rear site on my GSG 1911. I keep hitting to the right, if I aim a little to the left I hit what I am aiming at. Has anybody adjusted their sites, please let me know how it went.

Thanks

Rear sight adjustment

The rear sight must be moved in the direction you want the shots to impact. For example: If the bullets consistently impact to the left of your aiming point, then move the rear sight blade to the right.

Move the sight to the left, if the bullets strike to the right side of your aiming point.
