Well, I'll state the obvious:

Gunbroker

I bought a 2nd gen 1851 C series ($425.00 to my door) and a 2nd gen 1860 with accoutrements for $600.00 there. All in the last two weeks......

Regards, HH

I've got a set that could be available, unfired, no carton or papers. I am NOT selling wholesale.

I might be interested also. Do you have a price in mind? I don't know how one would determine wholesale vs retail but if the number looks good I might bite.

Kinda keeping with the theme does anyone know where I could find production quantities for the various 2nd and 3rd generation Colt models??

For the 2nd Gens, best source is Dennis Russell's 'Percussion Colt Revolvers - The Second Generation, Collectors Handbook and Pricing guide #6; 2011.

$39.95 from:

Dennis Russell
3162 Johnson Ferry Road
Suite 260-607
Marietta, GA 30062

As far as the Signature Series revolvers go, nobody knows.

I read somewhere once that Colt did not make any Patersons in the 2nd Generation run. Only Walkers, Dragoons, Armys, Navys, 1849s and Pocket Police versions. They were made in the Signature Series 3rd Generation, only. Anyone know how true that is?

I can't verify it, but here's an older link where they seem happy with the answer.
