was this guy trying to rip me off or what?
I wanted to buy an inexpensive stainless finish rifle scope and the only one this gun store had was a Tasco Silver Antler. I asked the price and the guy told me $113. Something didn't seem right. I then went home and looked through all my catalogs and online for Tasco Silver Antler rifle scopes of same or similar model and power and none of them were priced over $50. Golden Antler scopes, which are a bit more better, are even under $80.
Can't trust friggin no one anymore. |

That's why it pays to lusten to your gut instinct. If it doesn't seem right, the best thing to do is what you did....walk away. You had the oportunity to do a little research and found out that you can do better.
