Make sure I got this correct!

Ok so I thought I would like to work up some loads for an old 8mm Mauser. So I went online and started reading, and promptly found out that it isn't as straight forward as I thought But after lots of reading I think I figured it out! Mine is a model 98 German Mauser made in 1918. So as far as reloading I purchase the
.323 bullets and not the .318? Also are the brass and dies going to be called
8x57? Please correct me if I am wrong!
As I was looking up loads, (looking under 8x57 Mauser) I found that the CFE 223 seemed to produce some pretty good velocity. Anybody use this? Any help or advice about reloading for this will be greatly appreciated!

" 8MM X 57 Mauser" is the die set you need

All my 8MM Mausers love this load

Excuse my ignorance, but was looking for brass on Midway and they have 2 options for 8x57 brass. They have a 8x57 JS Mauser and a 8x57 JRS Rimmed Mauser. So what is the difference and which do I use?

8X57 JRS ir rimmed, and is used for single-shot rifles. You want 8X57 JS.

I always loaded IMR 4350 under a 170 gr bullet.
