10/22 Sights

I wanted to get some fiber optic sights for my 10/22. I was just wondering how do I actually remove the old sights from my gun?

brass or nylon punch and a hammer, it will drift right out

But the world may be different because I did something so bafflingly crazy that my ruins become a tourist attraction.
