Who can work on a single action revolver?

I had a guy but I guess he retired.

The work is on a Ruger single action old model. I want the barrel shortened to 4 5/8 inches and the front sight reinstalled. Ejector rod housing and grip frame satin nickeled. And the rest of the firearm blued.
