1st time Steel Challenge: the Nordic Champ'ships
One happy shooter here !!!
Spent a long Sunday with the buddies at the Sipoo ranges of southern Finland in the Steel Challenge Nordic Championships and the trip sure was worth while! This was my first time in a Steel match and I must say that this is a prime fun kind of a sport. I saw some entirely amazing shooting by the top guys and got around to a few well relaxed, highly fun strings myself. The results aren't up yet but I'd expect having finished somewhere in the middle of the 101 shooters attending. Thanks to the SSG folks for a well-organized match and a competitive but open and friendly athmosphere. I'll be sure to come next year.
