Got a new Serbu BFG-50A!

Hey guy's I'm new to the forum here, let me tell you a bit about myself. I like big guns that go BOOM!! I recently picked up a Serbu BFG-50A and this thing rocks! It is pretty accurate also. Here is a short video I just made with my new toy 50 BMG video!

I hope you enjoy

Sweet,
I bought a receiver before they were banned in CA, all I need now is $6K to finish it.

I thought 50's were banned in CA.

Edit: I see, the DTC is a cut down BMG cartridge. Interesting.

I'd rather move. If I want 50 BMG, I wouldn't be happy with a cut down version. Besides, if it's going to cost me almost as much, I might as well spend that money on relocating to more friendly locations.

The DTC is an option, that's why I bought the receiver before the ban, so it can be 50 BMG. I really don't feel like doing the work on the cases to make them DTC even though its not that difficult. And at present time I don't think Mark is doing any DTC 50A's because he's to busy with the BMG version's.

Nice, I love the fifties... I have the Bushmater BA50. I have just listed mine for sale. The 50bmg is the only rifle I have ever owned that will put a smile on my face EVERYTIME I pull the trigger. I wouldn't ever think of getting rid of mine, but health issues make it less pratical. Great video, if I watch it much more, I will have to hang on to mine..lol.

Anyway, welcome aboard and enjoy. Post up some photos of that beast.....

Anyways here is my Bushie, before she leaves me...lol

That's a beautiful rifle there CJohnson76, I'll get some pictures up soon of mine! Just wondering with that long rail in front of the scope, did you ever have it setup for night vision?

Dang you guys are making me want to keep mine... I wish I felt like it. They really are one of the most fun rifles a person can shoot. I have been dying to try the new Serbu, I have a feeling Mark Srbu is going to be very busy for the rest of his life. Congratulations again on your new 50, if you will keep making videos and posting photos, I will live vicariously through you..lol.
