Lee Quick Change Bushing - Stuck
I got one stuck in my hand press (the spring button fell out), and another stuck on my RCBS Bullet puller body. I need to get at least one of them unstuck to be able to use them both together. I tried Kroil, and a little heating. Any other ideas?

Have you called Lee? They must have encountered this issue by now.
I don't own any of the Breech Lock products, so I can't give you any advice from experience. In general, I find Kroil can require 24 hours to work on some things. Heating just the bushing on the puller body should expand it, so you want the puller bottom up in the vice and the pipe wrench on the bushing flange when you start to apply heat.

Thanks Unclenick. I checked their FAQ and submitted a trouble ticket. Maybe it is not such a common problem. I got one, of the two, the one on the puller, unstuck with Kroil+leverage. But there is not much to grab onto on the one stuck in the press. Up to this point, I have just left it stuck, and acted as if it wasn't the breech lock type. So, I will wait and see what Lee says.
Smoke+Recoil: Yes. You do.

Hopefully, Lee will offer to remove the stuck bushing for you and fix the release button. Even better would be for free.

Lee's first response was that "it unscrews like a lightbulb". That got a unsatisfied response from me, that did not refer to screwing or lightbulbs. I can send it back, and may have to. However, their spare parts are cheap enough that I may just get a new casting for $12 plus 0.50 for the pin I lost. Then, send back the stuck part.
