Swiss M41 optical rangefinder from Samco ?

Anyone got some operating instructions for this device? I'd even take them in Swiss or Swedish (markings seem to be Swedish?) and get them translated.

I've only spent a few minutes trying to figure out how to use this device with little success. The intent is to use this rangefinder in the field with our 50BMG cal long range bolt conversion on our AR. We are currently shooting at targets of opportunity but have little idea of how far they are except they are well beyond 500 yds and closer to 1000 yds (a guess?).
