Remington 870 Trigger Plate Pin Detent Spring - 1 or 2?
I was working on the trigger assembly on my 870 this afternoon when I noticed I only saw once trigger plate pin detent spring (the front one)--there are slots cut into the pin for two such detent springs. Did I lose one and should I replace it? I suppose one detent spring will still do the job of keeping the pin in place but if I'm supposed to have two it's just a couple bucks.

They only come with one. You're ok and you don't need to purchase another.
