Cimarron
EMF has a fairly large line and not overly pricey:
www.emf-company.com I don't think they're the cheapest, but I've handled a few (haven't bought one yet) and like what you get for the money from Cimarron: www.cimarron-firearms.com Those will get you started for cartridge. For BP you could try the following: www.dixiegunworks.com pricier than some but great customer service www.cimarron-firearms.com great BP selection www.taylorsfirearms.com again a bit pricier but WORTH the money for the service And finally for BP check out Cabela's, www.cabelas.com , bar-none the lowest BP prices. Most of their guns are Pietta, not Uberti (generally ranked no.2 and no.1, repectively) but the quality is still very good and their service is decent, too.

You might keep a check on the classifieds at the SASS Wire. Some pretty good deals there to be had from time to time. A nice pair of 99% Ruger NV's over there now it that's what floats your boat.

I had an EMF .45 colt revolver once....got rid of it quick too. Cheapest ain't the best way to go, the mainspring on that one would jump out and jam everything in place. Only way to unload it was to disassemble grips plus enough pieces to un-jam it - only happened about every third shot though.
Don't shop price, shop quality or you're not going to be happy!

Most SASS guns need a little tuning before they function reliably. Check out Steves Guns. He works over the various brands mentioned. You pay a little more but have a good shooting experience. Also check out the SASS Wire for advice. There are always a bunch on sale.
