RCBS Trim Pro Problem solved

Recently noticed that the shaft on my Trim Pro trimmed appeared to have excessive movement when extended to point of impact with case.
Took unit to a local machinist who determined there was .005" play.
I called RCBS's 800 # per as suggested in these threads.
They offered to send up not only a new body and new shaft but also said I might need a new cutting head and shell plate.
I told the agent that I normally use a drill to operate the Trim Pro when prepping 100+ cases; that was not a problem for him.
I was impressed.
I wonder if the cases I have resized with the defective parts are going to be OK. The gentleman at RCBS did not think that the slight variance in shaft alignment would affect accuracy to any noticeable degree unless I was a competitive BenchRest Shooter.
Would appreciate input.
