My loading lever is falling apart
The lips that hold the latch are spreading on the loading lever. It doesn't make any sense, considering I don't use it to load the gun (1851 Pietta). Any ideas as to how to fix it?

Weakness in the metal. Had the same problem on a Uberti. Replacement hasnt shown the same symptoms.

Does the pin look bent or did it fall out on you...It does sound like the blade or thing front piece is defective. VTI or one of the other parts dealers shouls have one for you. Or make a piece like Jeronimo would have. HeeHee!
Get the new part you' ll have it in no time. SG
